Everything here begins with empathy

not perforance. Just truth.

the kind that comes from actually paying attention — to yourself, to others, to the quiet parts most people move past too quickly.

I think psychology isn’t something separate from us. It’s not academic or distant.

It’s how we make sense of what we feel, how we survive what we don’t understand yet, and how we connect when words aren’t enough.

This work is for adults who once had huge imaginations — the kind that felt immersive and alive — and who didn’t lose them, only set them down somewhere along the way.

I’m not here to tell anyone what to feel. I’m here to make space for whatever shows up & welcome it with open arms.

I stay close to the work, watching. It leads. it shows. I follow.
